Reshii Wraps Specialization Buffs
WoW TWW Reshii Wraps adapt to your role and provide one of three Ethereal Energy buffs. These intense, specialization‑specific effects proc from your abilities, causing the cloak to be beneficial throughout patch 11.2 content. Tanks receive Ethereal Protection, Healers receive Ethereal Reconstitution, and Damage Dealers get Ethereal Reaping. There is a unique effect and proc rate for each buff:

These pieces drop from The Soul Hunters, a 3-boss encounter in The War Within Season 3 Manaforge Omega raid. The boots raise the proc rate of the cloak by 50%.
You can also obtain and equip a unique ring, Band of the Shattered Soul, from Dimensius, Manaforge Omega‘s final boss. The ring causes Reshii Wraps to decrease cosmic damage by 50% for 20 seconds when the power proc is triggered. Reshii Wraps Fiber Sockets
Reshii Wraps has a Fiber socket system that allows you to customize your secondary stats. There are four types of Fibers, which provide Crit, Haste, Mastery, or Versatility. Fibers can be switched freely with the Ethereal Seam Ripper, which is available from Hashim.

How to Obtain Reshii Wraps
To obtain Reshii Wraps, you must complete the third chapter of the K’aresh campaign, finishing the quest The Tabiqa. Upon completion, you will automatically receive the cloak, as well as your first Fiber, which can add a secondary stat to your cloak.
To receive Reshii Wraps for your alt character without completing a full storyline, complete Return to the Veiled Market to get A Skip Through the Void. This quest requires you to speak with Hashim at /way 50.3 36.3 in Overlook Zo’Shuul (K’aresh). Hashim offers a dialogue option, “I need new Reshii Wraps”, that grants the cloak without replaying the campaign.

How to Upgrade Reshii Wraps
WoW TWW patch 11.2 cloak is upgraded using Ethereal Strands, a currency earned from Manaforge Omega bosses, Mythic+ dungeons, Delves, and weekly Warrant quests in K’aresh. Winning PvP matches also rewards you with currency.
Upgrades are limited to one per week, but a catch‑up system enables missed upgrades to be done later. Each upgrade requires 3 Ethereal Strands, and the legendary cloak can be upgraded up to 730 ilvl.
Why upgrade Reshii Wraps? Higher levels enhance the frequency of Ethereal Energy procs and increase secondary stats from Fibers. Additionally, upgrading the entire path will reward you with the Power of the Reshii achievement.
Reshii Wraps Upgrade Track
Reshii Wraps in The War Within comes with a five‑tier perk tree that unlocks additional abilities as you upgrade. Each perk adds unique utility to the cloak:
Boon of the Reshii — Enhances the cloak’s base powers and allows attunement to your specialization, allowing Phase Diving, and upgrading your ilvl from 694 to 701.
Secrets of the Depths — Grants access to secret rooms in Delves, allows you to find Phase Orbs that can grant you a Phase-Lost item, and further increases the ilvl from 701 to 707.
Orbs of Power — Permits ground mount usage while Phase Diving with Phase-Lost Slateback, increases ilvl from 707 to 714. Enemies killed during Phase Diving can drop Phase Orbs.
What Lies Beyond — Enables you to see Phase-Lost Exchequer treasure chests while Phase Diving, the ilvl grows from 714 to 720.
Regalia of the Reshii — Rewards you with Power of the Reshii, unlocks cosmetic appearances (Reshii Hood and Reshii Mantle). Your ilvl becomes 730.
