For Mythic Uniques specifically, the Mythic Prankster farm and the Kurast Undercity Tribute runs are the strongest sources this season, both made far more rewarding once your War Plans nodes are unlocked. Escalating Nightmares round out the rotation with scaling rewards. The earlier your board is set up, the more every run gives back.
