Season 14's Mythic Unique 3.0 rework turned Mythic from a rarity into an item quality, so any Unique in the game can now become a Mythic. A Mythic version is Ancestral, carries a stronger Unique power, gains two guaranteed affixes and rolls its remaining affixes at maximum values, which makes them the strongest items you can equip. Every Torment boss has a small chance to drop one, but the reliable sources are the seasonal farms.

There are three ways to get them: as a random Mythic drop, by target-crafting one in the Horadric Cube with Pandemonium Fragments at level 70, or through the Jeweler. That makes Pandemonium Fragments the season's key currency, and the Corrupted Reaper plus the Zarbinzet reputation board are the best ways to bank them. If you want one specific Mythic, crafting is far more reliable than hoping it drops.

The Corrupted Reaper draws from the account-wide Mythic pool, so any of these can drop from its Hoard, and each entry also shows which classes can equip it:

Some Mythics are universal picks that fit almost any build. Harlequin Crest, better known as Shako, is the most sought-after helm for its defense and cooldown reduction, while Heir of Perdition and Andariel's Visage are strong offensive helms. Ring of Starless Skies is a top damage ring, Melted Heart of Selig helps survivability and resource, and Shroud of False Death and Tyrael's Might are powerful chest options, all available to every class.

The weapon Mythics are more class-specific. The Grandfather, a two-handed sword with huge critical damage, is limited to Barbarian, Necromancer, Paladin and Warlock, while Doombringer and El'Druin, Sword of Justice, cover every class except Spiritborn. Caster builds on Druid and Sorcerer look to Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander, and Spiritborn players target Nesekem, the Herald, and Shattered Vow.
