Delivery & shipping policy
This page explains how order fulfillment works on NextTier. Orders placed through the platform are fulfilled digitally. No physical shipping is provided.

1. No physical shipping
NextTier does not ship physical goods, parcels, printed materials, or boxed products. Orders placed through the platform relate to digital gaming services and/or virtual in-game goods offered by independent sellers.
2. What “delivery” means
For purposes of the platform, “delivery” means the performance of the relevant seller’s service or the supply of the relevant virtual goods in accordance with the offer selected by the buyer.
- Self-play participation in a run, group, or scheduled session.
- Piloted completion of agreed in-game objectives on the buyer’s account, where such format is offered and accepted.
- Coaching, guidance, or training sessions delivered through agreed digital communication channels.
- Delivery of permitted virtual in-game goods or currency through the relevant in-game method.
3. Who performs delivery
The underlying service or virtual-goods delivery is performed by the relevant independent seller, not by NextTier as a direct service provider.
NextTier’s role is limited to platform operation, payment facilitation, escrow administration, support, and dispute handling in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
4. Delivery timeframes
Delivery timing depends on the specific offer, selected options, game region, scheduling constraints, server conditions, patch cycles, queue times, and seller availability.
Any ETA shown on the website is an estimate unless the relevant offer explicitly states otherwise.
5. Information required from the buyer
To enable successful fulfillment, the buyer may need to provide accurate information relevant to the order, including:
- region, realm, faction, character name, platform, or similar game-specific details;
- availability for scheduled self-play sessions;
- temporary access details for piloted orders, where applicable;
- confirmations or responses needed to begin, continue, or finalize the order.
6. Delays and limitations
Delivery may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled due to maintenance, outages, game-side restrictions, customer unavailability, incomplete information, account limitations, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If an issue affects the order, NextTier may help coordinate communication and may administer the next procedural steps under the platform rules.
7. Failed or incomplete delivery
If a seller fails to perform an order as described, or if the order can only be partially completed, the matter may be reviewed under the Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and the platform rules.
- Rescheduling may be offered where appropriate.
- Partial completion may lead to proportional refund handling or another procedural outcome.
- Escrow release or reversal may depend on the facts established during review.
8. No shipping fees
Because there is no physical shipping, there are no postal, courier, or freight charges. The total order amount is the amount shown at checkout, subject to selected options, discounts, promo codes, and any disclosed fees.
