Greater Lair Keys
Greater Lair Keys open the Greater tier - your Duriel and Andariel Mythic-farming staples. Superior Lair Keys (formerly Betrayer's Husks)
Superior Lair Keys are the top tier, renamed from Betrayer's Husks in Patch 3.1 because Belial is no longer the only Exalted boss. They open the Exalted Hoards: Belial and the seasonal Corrupted Reaper. If you carried Betrayer's Husks over from last season, they became Superior Lair Keys automatically.
The best source is the Deathtoll Chamber, which Blizzard's Season 14 overview calls the top source.
