Midnight Consumables, Enchants & Gems List (Crafting + Auction House)

Published: ~10 min

Midnight consumables, enchants, and gems list grouped into the main character-power categories, including potions, flasks, food, weapon enchants, ring enchants, gems, and the most practical Auction House item types.

Midnight introduces a fresh set of consumables, enchants, and gems you can use to power up your character. Many options will look familiar, but there are also new names and a few effects that work differently.

One important system change: enchantable gear slots are different in Midnight — cloak and bracer enchants are gone, while shoulder and helm enchants return.

This page is designed as a reference list (not a best-in-slot recommendation). Use it to quickly see what can be crafted by each profession or bought from the Auction House.

Enchants and Item Enhancements

Below is a complete index of Midnight enchants and item enhancements, grouped by the profession that makes them. Use it as a quick checklist for what you can craft yourself or buy on the Auction House.

Hunter note: Midnight adds a Hunter-only weapon consumable category called Ammo. It’s separate from Weapon Oils (it doesn’t replace them) and only Hunters can use it.

Gem Sockets

Adding Gem Sockets (PvE vs PvP)

Midnight includes items that add a gem socket to specific gear slots. These options apply to Helm, Bracers, or Belt, and they are split between PvE and PvP gear.

Radiant Jewelbinder adds a Gem Socket onto either a Helm, Bracers or Belt and can only be used on PvE gear. It is sold by Vaultkeeper Elysa (by the Great Vault in Silvermoon City) in exchange for 6 Thalassian Token of Merit.

To add sockets to PvP gear, use Galactic Jeweler's Setting. It can also only be applied to helms, bracers and belts, and these are sold by Mirvedon in Silvermoon City.
