Do I need a minimum rating to start?

How is Keystone Master different from Hero, Legend and Myth?
Keystone Master is the 2000-rating tier with the Breath of Blight mount - the accessible goal. Keystone Hero and Keystone Legend sit above it, each with its own reward, and Keystone Myth is the top of the ladder. If you want a higher tier we push those too; Keystone Master is the one most players choose for the rank and a mount without the top-end grind.
Can I play my own character?
