WoW Midnight PvE Coaching FAQ
What is the difference between Standard and Advanced coaching?
Both buy the same live hour with the same calibre of coach, and the difference is depth rather than time. Standard is guidance while you play, with corrections called out in the moment. Advanced keeps that and adds a full review pass over the session, so you finish understanding why each correction was made instead of only what to change.
How long is one session, and does coaching cover raids or Mythic+?
One session is sixty minutes of live coaching, and it covers both. You decide at booking whether the hour goes on a raid boss you are stuck on, on your Mythic+ routing and key pushing, or on something that follows you into both, such as cooldown usage or movement. Telling us the target before the session means the hour opens on the problem instead of on finding it.
Do you need my account details for a coaching session?
No. Coaching never involves account sharing. You stay logged into your own character for the whole session and play it yourself, which is the entire point of the service. Your coach either joins the group with you or watches and talks you through the run over voice, depending on the format you picked at booking.
Can the coach play in my group, or does he only watch?
Either, and you choose when you book. Joint play puts the coach in the group so you run the content together under real conditions. Spectate keeps the coach outside the group, watching and talking you through it over voice. Joint play suits execution and mechanics work; spectate suits diagnosis, rotation work, and anything you want explained without a fight interrupting it.
Is coaching worth booking if I already clear Heroic?
Usually yes, because the problems change rather than disappear. Players who clear Heroic comfortably tend to lose performance to timing rather than to mistakes: cooldowns drifting out of alignment, movement that costs more than it needs to, routes that are correct but slow. Those are difficult to spot in your own play and they are exactly what an active Mythic raider notices immediately.
Do you coach PvP as well, or only PvE?
This page covers PvE coaching: raid encounters and Mythic+ dungeons. Arena and PvP coaching is sold as a separate service, because the skills barely overlap. A coach who can read a Mythic raid fight is not automatically the right person to teach arena positioning, so the two are matched from different pools rather than treated as one product.
